Product Description
The GF5000 series measures the gas flow rate in the flow channel according to the principle of thermodynamics, and can measure non-corrosive gases such as air, oxygen and nitrogen with high accuracy. It contains MEMS thermal sensor chip and high-performance CMOS microprocessor, combined with the unique calibration scheme, it can output real-time and accurate flow signals.
