GZP194 Pressure Sensor Chip
Product Description
The core part of the GZP194 standard signal pressure sensor is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip processed by MEMS technology. The built-in correction circuit calibrates and compensates the temperature of the zero offset and full range span of the sensor to generate a high-precision linear voltage output signal based on the power supply voltage.
