Product Description
GZR6191 is a mature and reliable passive magnetoelectric speed sensor finished product launched by Core Sensing for the automobile market. The product does not have a circuit module. The structure is mainly composed of wire coils, permanent magnets, conductive pure iron and terminals, flange washers, sealing rings and other parts. The product structure is simple and the performance consistency is good.

The samium-cobalt magnet with high magnetic flux and stable magnetic field is used as the magnetic field source of the product, and the electromagnetic pure iron with low toughness and high magnetic conductivity is used to improve the utilisation rate and response time of the permanent magnet magnetic field, and the enamelled wire with high temperature resistance and high pulse voltage is used as the source of the product signal. Finally, the coil, permanent magnet and electromagnetic pure iron are assembled and injection-moulded. The product process is simple, the product injection moulding consistency is good, the size is small, and the cost is low.
Application Field
The products of this project are mainly aimed at the commercial vehicle and passenger car markets. They are applied to the engine power system, measuring the engine camshaft, crankshaft speed and position, and ABS wheel speed detection in the braking system.
